Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 137 of 2014 registered under Sections406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, the lands, in question were not sold by the petitioners nor they had purchased the said lands and it is only stated that they forcibly cultivated the lands, in question. Taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, the petitioners named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7047 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 137 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
