Petitioner apprehends arrest in Jehanabad Mahila PS Case No. 82 of 2017 registered under Sections 376, 511, 341, 323/34 of the IPC and Section 8 of the Pocso Act.

The allegation in brief is that Bishuni Bind made attempt to rape daughter of the informant, the informant went to his house to make complaint then other family members are said to have abused and assaulted him.

Submission is that the allegation of attempt of rape is only against Bishuni Bind, father of the petitioner, there is no such allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Muna Bind is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, lst, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila PS Case No. 82 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
