2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 02.02.2026 passed by the Director Consolidation Bihar in Revision Case no. 12 of 2025 by which he has confirmed the order dated 21.12.1989 passed by the Consolidation Officer Sasaram in Consolidation Case no. 222 of 1988-89 and also come to the conclusion that the order passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation in Consolidation Appeal No. 19 of 2023-24 is according to law. And during pendency of the present writ may stay the impugned order dated 02.02.2026 passed by the Director Consolidation Bihar in Revision Case no. 12 of 2025.

And any other relief/reliefs be granted to the petitioners for which they are entitled under the law."

3. Mr. Mrigendra Kumar, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11284 of 2026(2) dt.28-07-2026 3/3 petitioners submit that petitioners be allowed to approach the Bihar Land Tribunal for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

5. In that background, granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. While dealing with the limitation petition, it may be taken into consideration that the writ petition was pending before the Patna High Court.
