This is an application for setting aside the order, dated 17.04.2018, passed by the Special Judge, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Begusarai, in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 452, 307, 384, 387, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been refused. Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is in custody since 26.03.2018. In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the appellant that he used to demand rangdari of Rs.20,000/- and he entered into the

Considering the entire facts and circumstances, aforesaid, let the appellant, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Begusarai.
