Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order 10.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 13254 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated order 10.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 13254 of 2021 for surrender of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47692 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The learned court below shall ensure compliance of the order dated order 10.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 13254 of 2021.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
