JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioners is of torture and killing of the daughter of the informant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Further it is submitted that petitioner no.1 is the Bhaisoor and petitioner no.2 is the Gotni of the deceased. It is also submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the family affairs of the husband of the deceased.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13510 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri C.B.Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Uchakagaon P.S.Case No. 288 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
