ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.89 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 307 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 304 B of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are Bhaisur whereas Petitioner No.3 is the Gotani of the deceased lady.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, this Court finds that there is no specific allegation against these

Considering the fact that the husband of the deceased is already in custody, let all the three petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.89 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
