Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Town Motihari PS Case No.100 of 2018, registered under Sections 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioners were apprehended on suspicion, however, nothing was recovered from their possession, the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioners and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Bibi Raja @ Bibi Raja Mogiya and Janakpuri are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30937 of 2018(2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Town Motihari PS Case No.100 of 2018.
