2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The informant has alleged that on 04.04.2025 at about 4 PM, co-accused Jilajeet Kumar came to his house and took away his son on his motorcycle to a poultry farm, where F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner were already present and thereafter, they shot dead son of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Informant is not eye-witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is 80 years old, suffering from various ailment, and has been made accused only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 173 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
