In this case the petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrak P.S.Cse No.164 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the wife of the informant and when his wife and son came for rescue, the accused persons also assaulted them. The specific accusation of causing injury on the head of the informant's son Raj Kumar Manjhi is against Bahadur Manjhi but the injury of Raj Kumar Manjhi is superfluous caused by hard blunt substance. A complaint case was filed by petitioner against the informant.
