Peaceful possession of the petitioners have been granted to them as is evident from the averments made in the show cause and the compensation of Rs. 5000/- has also been paid vide cheques as is

As far as petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, they have been restored the possession and compensation of Rs. 5000/- has been paid to them. As far as petitioner No. 1 is concerned, it is reported that he has died. Even though, his possession has been restored but his legal heirs have not appeared to claim the compensation.
The show cause filed by the respondents National Project Construction Corporation goes to show that as and when the legal heirs of petitioner No. 1 appear along with the documents to prove their entitlement, the compensation shall be paid to them.
Keeping in view the aforesaid, granting liberty to the legal heirs of petitioner No. 1, who died, to claim the compensation by approaching National Project Construction Corporation, we dispose of the contempt petition.
