Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that during pendency of the writ petition all his retiral dues have been cleared. He insisted that there should

Patna High Court CWJC No.9419 of 2011 (4) dt.27-03-2015 be payment of interest for delayed payment of retiral dues. Considering that the petitioner superannuated in the year 2010 and filed this writ petition in the year 2011, soon whereafter, all the dues were cleared, this Court is not inclined to grant interest under the special facts and circumstances.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
