This application for grant of regular bail arises out of G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No.408 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No.342 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code were also added.

While the deceased had gone for morning walk, he became traceless. Subsequently, his dead-body was recovered. The petitioner is suspected in the case. There is no direct material about the involvement of the petitioner in the case. He is in custody since 23.11.2022.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, IX, Siwan, in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No.408 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No.342 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial.
