2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 343/2020, registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, informant, namely Mustafa Kamal Khan, alleged that on 03.06.2020 at about 7 PM, when he asked for the money he had earlier lent to them, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, abused and assaulted him and others. This petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of cousin of informant with iron "Dab", as a result of which, he sustained grievous injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of money dispute between the parties, a simple scuffle took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and

Similarly situated co-accused Nanhe Quraishi has been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 17.10.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 56582 of 2025. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S.
