2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners are alleged to have abused and assaulted informant. It is further alleged that on the order of petitioner no. 1 (Mina Devi), petitioner no. 2 (Mankhush Thakur) brutally bite the ear of the informant, as a result of which, the informant sustained grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute between the parties, the alleged Maarpeet took place. Informant is none else but own uncle of petitioner no. 2. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the injury sustained by informant is grievous in nature.
6. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
