The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S.Case No. 163/2014, registered for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. (West), Muzaffarpur. Considering the nature of allegation and the role of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
