====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 707 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30 (a), 32 (ii), 38 (ii), 41 (i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Taking into consideration, from contents of the case diary it appears that there is a coccus of persons, who are involved in liquor smuggling which includes the petitioner and there are several other cases are registered against one or the other accused. Investigation is required to be conducted for which interrogation is also required, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.
