2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kharia P.S. Case No. 99 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 188, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was sitting at his door, the petitioner along with co-accused persons came there and pointed pistol on him. The brother of the informant came to save him but all the accused persons started assaulting him. Thereafter, the accused persons fled away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that allegation against the petitioners is falsified by the recitals of the FIR itself as none had suffered any kind of injury.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Kharia P.S. Case No. 99 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
