Mr. Uday Pratap Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, informant, namely Mustafa Kamal Khan, alleged that on 03.06.2020 at about 7 PM, when he asked for the money he had earlier lent to them, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, abused and assaulted him.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. On account of money dispute between the parties, a simple scuffle took place in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter-case. Charge-sheet has already been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation, case and counter-case between the parties and period of custody, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2020.
