The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379,411, 413 & 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the petitioner was arrested by police with a stolen motorcycle while he was trying to flee away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner had no knowledge that the motorcycle in question is a stolen property. The petitioner has not been put on test identification parade. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Case No. 16 of 2019.
