JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 507 of 2017 dated 02.12.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is alleged to have been assaulted by the accused persons. In fact, the specific accusation is against one Nikhil Kumar Sah, who is son of the petitioner. There is counter version of the occurrence also vide Gogri P.S. Case No. 508 of 2017.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the parties have settled their dispute and the informant now does not want to prosecute the petitioner any

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32654 of 2018 (3) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 further.

Considering the nature of accusation and the settlement having been effected between the parties, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/concerned court in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 507 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
