The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shahajitpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9809 of 2016 (2) dt.20-04-2016 The accusation is of obtaining the loan by 26 persons including the petitioners by submitting fake Land Possession Certificate in the Bank.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, Land Possession Certificate submitted by the petitioners for loan is not forged and fabricated but he has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chapra, in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
