Agarwal, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners, Mr. Manager Sah Rahul, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. Ram Naresh Roy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 74 of 2020 dated 23.06.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 326, 498A, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 and 5 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. They are the parents-in-law and brother-in-law of the victim woman.
The accusation against three petitioners is of having attempted to immolate the victim. There is corresponding burn

No.6358 of 2021(3) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 injury on the person of the victim Regard being had to the aforestated facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The interim order granted in their favour is hereby vacated.
Should the petitioners surrender before the Court below and seek bail, their application shall be considered on its own merit taking into account that there is a disturbed matrimonial relationship between the victim and her husband and his family members and shall pass orders in accordance with law.
