The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 1348 of 2021 arising out of Ara Muffasil (Dhobaha) P.S. Case No. 176 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)].
