The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-363, 370, 371of the Indian Penal Code. Originally, the informant filed complaint case on 31-03-2014 for the occurrence, which is alleged to have taken place 15 months ago. The above-said case was converted into police case. The informant had admitted in his complaint petition that the petitioner happens to be his relative but at pargraph-7 of this petition, it has specifically, been pleaded that the petitioner is nephew of the informant and as a matter of fact, the informant's son was working in Himachal Pradesh and due to some family
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8538 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 feud, the informant lodged this false case against the petitioner and some others.
Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Miss Kalpana Srivastava, Judicial MagistrateIst Class, Gaya subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
