The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No.126 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.
