The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 173 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-420, 323, 306, 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and according to complaint case, the marriage of the complainant was solemnized with the petitioner on 11-05-2013 but after five months of the marriage, the complainant filed present complaint petition against the petitioner. The complainant has also filed divorce suit against the petitioner levelling allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8583 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 against the petitioner that he has established physical relationship with complainant's mother. The petitioner has filed a suit for restitution of conjugal rights.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 173 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
