The petitioner seeks bail in Araria (R.S) P.S. Case No. 351 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Abu Basar.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.5.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
