JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-10-2021 Heard Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is an agnate and a next door neighbour of the informant. She has not been alleged to have done anything in particular. The specific accusation of assault is against one Baleshwar Kumar.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts and the gender of the petitioner she is directed to be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5826 of 2021(2) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
