Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 279, 341, 504, 323, 147, 149, 427, 353, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and village politics. It has been alleged that 15-20 persons assaulted, but no one has sustained any injury. Moreover, there is nothing on record to suggest that petitioners destroyed the office papers as no documents were produced or seized. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.

No.31185 of 2018(2) dt.06-06-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge 3rd, West-cum-A.C.J.M. 3rd, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
