JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 The petitioner has expressed imminent threat to his life at the hands of some antisocial elements. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that there is District Level Security Committee in each district to consider threat perception of a person for providing police protection.
In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file an appropriate representation before the District Level Security Committee within two weeks from today. Leave is granted.

WJC No.932 of 2014 (4) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 In case, such a representation is filed within two weeks from today, the District Level Security Committee shall consider the same without any undue delay and dispose of the same preferable within six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
