JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 22-02-2017 The challenge in the present Letters Patent Appeal is to an order passed by the learned Single Bench on 21.01.2016 in CWJC No. 547 of 2015 wherein, the writ application claiming grace marks in Post Graduate Diploma Course in Computer Application (Vocational) remained unsuccessful.
The grant of grace marks is not contemplated by the scheme of examination. The same cannot be claimed through a writ application. The learned Single Bench has rightly dismissed the writ application. We do not find any error in the order passed by the learned Single Bench.
