Petitioner is in custody in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 541 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a), 41(i), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in the trade of liquor and at the time of seizure of liquor he fled away.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.6.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner was not apprehended at the time of seizure and the liquor was seized from the possession of Roushan Kumar Yadav, the the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named

No.49206 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions-cum -Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 541 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors should be elected representative of the local body.
