Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Marhaura P. S. case no. 104/2014 registered under sections 387, 379 and other allied sections of the IPC.

It appears from perusal of the first information report that there is land dispute between the parties and allegedly, petitioners violated order passed in a proceeding under section 144 of the Cr.P.C. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to
