The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 896 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 45 of 2016, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Aurangabad. The petitioner was directed to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order dated 06.02.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake, in the order dated 06.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 896 of 2018 in all places, 'Complaint Case No. 45 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30379 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 2016' has been typed in place of 'Complaint Case No. 45 of 2017'. Due to that very reason, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below in time. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for further six weeks' time so that the petitioner could surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below. Further, in the order dated 06.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 896 of 2018, in all places, 'Complaint Case No. 45 of 2016' be read as 'Complaint Case No. 45 of 2017'.

The order dated 06.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 896 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
