That the present writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s or direction/s for setting aside the order vide letter no. 197 dated 07-07-2023 issued under the signature of respondent no. 3 by which respondent no. 3 suddenly debarred the petitioner for future tender arbitrarily, fraudulently, wrongly, illegally and without issuance of any show cause notice and name

02. During pendency of the present writ petition, the impugned order has been withdrawn on 26.08.2023.

03. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail subsequent order, if any, in accordance with law.

04. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his certain grievance(s) are pending consideration with reference to his representation. If such representation is pending on the file of any of the respondents, the concernedrespondent shall pass suitable order within a reasonable period and communicate the same to the petitioner.
