The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sachiwalay P.S. Case No. 109 of 2019 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub-Judge-II-cum-A.C.J.M.-II, Patna in connection with Sachiwalay P.S.
