Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 417 of 2017 corresponding to G.O. Excise Case o. 1597 of 2017 for the offence under sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. Petitioner is in custody since 17.3.2018.

Learned counsel with reference to para-3 of the petition submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that the alleged liquor was recovered from an out house and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
