====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 11-03-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. By the impugned order dated 25.01.2016, the learned Sub Judge VIII, Gaya passed a very good reasoned order in Partition Suit No.1 of 2015/208 of 2011.

From perusal of the order, it appears that the Court below has considered all the submissions, which are being raised by the petitioner here before this Court, and relying on various decisions of the Supreme Court recorded finding that if the second written statement is allowed to be admitted then the admissions made in the earlier written statement filed by the father of the petitioner wherein some cases had been admitted will be withdrawn.

In view of the above finding of the Court below, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
