2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 447, 341 , 323 , 324, 325 , 307, 354 (B), 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence all the F.I.R named accused persons including these petitioners armed with lathi-danda, Khanti and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51592 of 2023(4) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 iron rod abused and assaulted the family members of the informant and took Rs. 25,000/- and mobile phone along with golden chain of his younger son .
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners and no overt act is alleged against them. Case and counter case . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.
6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned J . M 1st Class Saran at Chapra in connection with\ Bheldi P.S. Case No. 258 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
