JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 The petitioner is the husband and apprehends his arrest in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No.54 of 2010 instituted under Section-498 A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention to paragraphs-4 & 5 of the order of the learned Sessions Judge wherein it is noted that the informant has stated that because of mistreatment she does not want to stay with him and further there is a compromise and payment of Rs.85,000.00 has been paid to the informant as one time settlement.

No.35256 of 2014 (02) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Hamid Ansari shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No.54 of 2010, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section-438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
