Petitioner seeks bail in Panapur P.S. Case No.162 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30, 30(a), 38 and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. There is no recovery of illicit liquor from conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from the boat, which did not belong to the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
