Petitioner is accused in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 302 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Madheshwar Yadav has already been allowed bail by this Court on 12.12.2019 vide Cr. Misc. No. 79795 of 2019. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.05.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6753 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019.
