2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to make necessary correction in the date of custody in Paragraph 11.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023 registered under Section 414, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of stolen bike from the house of the petitioner. He has clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2023

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51541 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023.
