2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S.Case No. 51 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 8(b), 18, 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of cultivating opium at a large plot of 3.14 acres of land.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. This application is dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four
