Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant has already appeared. She has solemnized second marriage. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that now she has got no grievance and has already solemnized second marriage.

Considering the aforesaid facts the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today is directed to be enlarged on

No.34989 of 2014 (7) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Shiv Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada in Complaint Case No. 1167 of 2013, Tr.
