Learned counsel for the petitioner, through Video Conferencing, submits that the petitioner has already been arrested by the police in this case and, as such, this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for granting him the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Kumarkhand (Belari OP) P.S. Case No.58 of 2020, pending in the court of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this application.
