This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Raniganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Altogether seven persons have assaulted the deceased which resulted in many injuries including the fracture of spinal cord. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
