It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the facts of the present case are absolutely identical to the case of the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 11173 of 2016 (Sanoj Kumar & Others Versus The State of Bihar & Others) and the order passed in the aforesaid case squarely covers the issue involved in the present writ petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.3020 of 2017(4) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 directs the concerned authorities to examine the facts and the import of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11173 of 2016 and if the case of the petitioners is found to be covered by the decision in the aforesaid case, it is expected that the same benefit shall be extended to the petitioners as well. It is also one of the ingredients of State Litigation Policy that for similar issues, there should not be any insistence of any specific individual order.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
