JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the son of the informant while he was returning from the school when the son of the informant succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during investigation the accusation was found false and petitioner was not sent up for trial though others were chargesheeted. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33565 of 2014 (3) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.
